Johnny Epoch Radio Call-In Contest Official Rules

1. Eligibility: Call-in contests are open to listeners of Johnny Epoch Radio, including but not limited to those listening via the Live365 app or website, the Johnny Epoch Radio website, Amazon smart devices, or by any other means currently available or which may become available in the future.  Electronic prizes are available to listeners located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Mexico. Physical prizes are available only to residents of the 48 contiguous United States. Employees of Johnny Epoch Radio and their immediate family members are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law.
   
   

2. How to Enter: To participate, call the designated contest phone number when instructed on-air (e.g., "Be caller number [X]"). Calls routed to voicemail will not be considered valid entries and will be disqualified. Caller order is determined by the sequence of completed incoming calls as received by the on-air DJ.
   
   

3. Prizes: Prizes may include but are not limited to electronic gift cards (e-gift cards), physical merchandise such as T-shirts, CDs, or 45 RPM records.
   
   

   • Electronic Prizes: Must be claimed with a valid email address. Johnny Epoch Radio is not responsible for a winner’s ability or inability to access, redeem, or utilize any electronic prize, including but not limited to regional restrictions or platform limitations.
     
     

   • Physical Prizes: Available to winners with a valid mailing address (P.O. boxes are acceptable) in the 48 contiguous United States only. Prizes will be shipped via a method of the station’s choosing. Johnny Epoch Radio is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments.
     
     

4. Winner Verification and Restrictions: All winners are subject to verification. Contest winners are not eligible to win another call-in contest within 30 calendar days of their most recent win. In the event of a violation of this rule, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate eligible entrant.
   
   

5. Consent to Broadcast: By participating, callers acknowledge and agree that their call may be recorded and used for broadcast, promotional, or archival purposes at the sole discretion of Johnny Epoch Radio.
   
   

6. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Johnny Epoch Radio, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Johnny Epoch Radio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any contest at any time without prior notice.
